PWS is a non-toxic, granular synthetic rubber polymer product designed to absorb 

petroleum based liquids. It swells to form a gel that is incinerable to <2% ash. 

Insoluble in water it can safely absorb hydrocarbon spills in waterways without 

effecting the environment.
